Safe and Sound Security is California's fastest-growing commercial security integrator. We are a commercial security systems and data cabling contractor serving businesses for over 15 years with cutting-edge security systems and low-voltage contracting solutions. After experiencing over 70% growth last year, we are adding a few core team members to help support the increased workload.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Proposal Coordinator to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be providing operational and proposal coordination support to the engineering team in the development and management of proposals.

Responsibilities:

• Draft and prepare proposals, presentations, and other business documents with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Coordinate the proposal development process, including gathering necessary information and collaborating with team members.
• Maintain organized records of proposals, contracts, and other important documents.
• Manage email correspondence and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Enter data accurately and efficiently into company databases and software systems.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in utilizing a range of software tools and platforms to streamline the proposal development process, enhance collaboration with team members, and produce high-quality proposal deliverables.
• Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail, Drive, etc.).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
• Experience drafting proposals or business documents preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce preferred, but not required.

Job Details:

• Full-time, in-person position based in Walnut Creek, CA.
• Hourly pay with annual compensation ranging from $55,000$65,000, depending on hours worked and performance.
• Actual compensation may vary based on experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities related to the position.
