Furniture Grade Floors LLC seeks Administrative Services Manager in Silverthorne, CO. to plan, direct and coordinate administrative operations supporting flooring product sales, warehouse and installation functions; manage procurement; coordinate installation schedules; maintain administrative databases; prepare reports; supervise administrative staff; coordinate with vendors and contractors.
Requires travel to project sites within Colorado approximately 1-2 times per month.
Requires 24 months of experience in project management, operations, or installations in the flooring or furniture industry.
Skills required: MS Office Suite; inventory management systems; vendor coordination; procurement workflows; facility operations.
Worksite: 165 CR 101, Silverthorne, CO 80498.
Salary: $126,464 per year.
