Maintenance Technician Unit Turns & Plumbing Experience Required

Experience in apartment, property, or hotel maintenance, handyman services, or residential repair work is strongly preferred. We're looking for someone who can think through problems and handle hands-on tasks, including snaking sewer lines when needed.

You're reliable, take ownership of your work, and care about delivering high-quality results that residents can be proud to call home. You're confident managing unit turns from start to finish and can work efficiently with minimal supervision.

You bring hands-on experience in apartment, hotel, or property maintenance, or general handyman work. You're comfortable handling a variety of repairs, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, and general upkeep, and can think through problems as they arise.

Responsibilities

• Complete apartment make-readies from start to finish.
• Perform general repairs including minor carpentry, painting, fixture replacement, drywall, and hardware installation.
• Complete basic plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, disposals, supply lines).
• Perform minor electrical work (light fixtures, outlets, switches).
• Ensure units are fully functional, clean, and move-in ready.
• Respond to work orders and document work through digital systems.
• Maintain organized and safe maintenance areas.

Requirements

• 23+ years of residential or multifamily maintenance experience.
• Strong make-ready / unit turn experience required.
• Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
• Trade experience in plumbing or electrical preferred.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license - is a must.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and work in varied conditions.
• Comfortable using smartphones and digital reporting tools.
• Employment contingent upon successful background screening.
