Requirements ABA experience required. You've worked in or around ABA, healthcare intake, or provider relations, and you understand how referrals and diagnosis-to-service actually work. Existing relationships. You come with established connections to pediatricians, diagnosticians, schools, nonprofits, or referral sources in the Tucson market, the kind that let you generate referrals from day one. A relationship-driven mindset. You know which relationships matter most, and you spend your time where it converts. Location: Must live within commuting distance of Tucson and know the local community. Mobility: Reliable vehicle and comfortable with frequent in-market and regional travel (mileage reimbursed). Independent and organized: You run your own territory like it's your business, and you keep it tight.
