Skills and Competencies5+ years of successful enterprise software, analytics, data, software-as-a-service, or professional services sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targetsDemonstrated success in a pure new business development role with strong prospecting, pipeline generation, negotiation, and closing skillsExperience selling solutions to banks, credit unions and non-bank financial institutions preferredStrong understanding of spreading financials, underwriting, risk management, regulatory environments, and digital transformation initiativesProven ability to build executive-level relationships and influence decision-makers within large and complex banking organizationsExperience managing complex consultative sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and business functionsStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage senior executive audiences and present solution-oriented recommendationsDemonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. The team partners closely with product, industry and marketing professionals to deliver innovative solutions that help banking organizations make better decisions and navigate an evolving market landscape. By joining the team, you will contribute to strategic growth initiatives across the United States while supporting the adoption of advanced technologies and responsible AI-enabled innovation.For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $98,800.00 - $143,350.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
