As a Learning & Talent Development Consultant within PNC's Human Resources organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA, Cleveland, OH, Dallas, TX, Downers Grove, IL or Birmingham, AL.

Lead end-to-end process improvement for learning & talent solutionsmap workflows, surface root causes, and redesign for speed, quality, and scalability.

Provide horizontal connectivity to teams who are structurally organized vertically by line of business, to ensure we're connecting dots and finding efficiencies across all teams.

Lead cross-functional teams on a variety of special projects, to ensure progression toward improved efficiency.

Apply systems thinking to connect people, process, data, and technologyidentify operational bottlenecks and engineer cross-functional operational efficiencies.

Partner horizontally across HR, business lines, and enabling teams to co-create innovative solutions, align priorities, and accelerate adoption through change management.

Establish shared operating rhythms and governance that oversee "how we work" across the functionstandardize practices, reuse assets, and unlock synergies across programs and teams.

Elevate measurement and analyticsdefine outcome-based KPIs, improve data pipelines/quality, and run AI-enabled experiments so the function ultimately operates like an AI startup, not a legacy pre AI team.
