Payroll Accountant

Payroll Accountant We are seeking a professional, experienced, “hands-on” individual to work in our fast-paced Accounting Department. The candidate for this position will be highly organized, possess excellent communication skills, and able to handle multiple tasks concurrently. Duties: Accurate and timely payroll processing using Serenic Software. Calculate and review time records, commissions and bonuses to process our bi-weekly payroll for 300+ employees in 13 states. Additional duties: Monthly JE preparation, GL account reconciliations and various other payroll reports and related tasks. Requirements: Must be available to work on-site at our Corporate office Flexible schedule: Must be willing to work every other Saturday or Sunday, and occasional evenings Possess a high level of discretion Strong organizational and time management abilities Highly detail-oriented and able to perform responsibilities with a sense of urgency Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Possess a solid Accounting background Proficiency in Excel & Word 10-key by touch Minimum of 2 years Payroll Experience Microsoft Dynamics NAV Software experience a plus Already lives on the island of Oahu Salary commensurate with experience.
