Key Responsibilities- Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and upheld.
- Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
- Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Full-time availability required.
