The Brass Rail | 4601 State Hwy K

Join our fast-paced kitchen at The Brass Rail, where we are committed to delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in food preparation and support our Chef and Sous Chef to maintain high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities

Assist the Chef and Sous Chef in food preparation and cooking.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your assigned station.
Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met and upheld.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Requirements

Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen preferred.
Strong understanding of food safety and sanitation practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.

Schedule

Full-time availability required.
