Responsibilities include:• Assisting with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, and eating• Helping clients move safely and assisting with ambulation• Preparing meals and feeding according to dietary needs• Performing light housekeeping and maintaining home safety• Providing medication reminders• Offering companionship and social engagement• Running errands and grocery shopping• Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment including sanitation and infection control• Understanding the emotional needs of clients and families and supporting their well-being• Attending team meetings and participating in care plan development and evaluation• Observing and reporting changes in condition to supervisory personnel• Responding quickly and professionally in emergencies• Keeping accurate and up-to-date visit records Qualifications Required:• High school diploma or equivalent• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance• Must pass background checks• Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills• Ability to safely lift and assist clients Preferred:• CNA, PCA, or HHA certification• CPR and First Aid certification• Six months or more experience in home care or senior care Areas We ServeBuckhead, Midtown, East Atlanta, West Atlanta, and surrounding Atlanta metropolitan area.
