We are seeking to hire a full-time ‘ Customer Outreach Specialist’ who is skilled and motivated to grow with us! The successful candidate will work directly with the VP of Sales, in furthering world class strategies across the enterprise, connecting with customers to promote long-lasting positive relationships and facilitate additional revenue by providing leadership of excellence, in customer service. The position will require daily in office administrative tasks, focusing on customer outreach, to include—but not limited to, extensive telephone calling, in-person visits with existing customers, familiar with multi-tasking as an experienced administrative professional, a quick learner, operate independently—as well as with a team, occasional bookkeeping, and attention to coordination and detail.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Nurture both new and old customer relationships through consistent customer outreach
• Commitment for up to 30-40 hours per week of in-person customer visits and customer phone calls
• Discuss and promote Fleet Peak (Maintenance Agreement) contracts when applicable during customer visits
• Maintain daily log of outreach activities and update customer data when needed
• Communicates and reports daily records of customer outreach to VP of Sales
• Responsible for key office administrative tasks including day-to-day coordination, inventory, supplies and other tasks
• Bookkeeping duties, including A/R collection, data entry and posting daily deposit
• Receptionist duties for walk-in guests/visitors and inbound phone activity
• Work closely with Sales team with quotes and invoicing
• Coordinate work orders for technicians and sales team
• Responsible for inbound receiving and coordination of packaging preparation and shipping orders to customers
• Assist Human Resources department with labor law posters and any other posters for the office
• Perform other duties assigned
