NetApp Field Engineer

We are seeking an experienced NetApp Field Engineer to support enterprise customers with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of NetApp storage solutions. This role is ideal for a hands‑on infrastructure professional with strong storage and data center experience who enjoys working directly with customers. Responsibilities Install, configure, and upgrade NetApp storage systems (AFF, FAS, ONTAP) Perform hardware installations, replacements, and break/fix support Configure and troubleshoot SAN/NAS environments Execute storage migrations, upgrades, and health checks Support VMware and enterprise storage integrations Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues Document implementation activities and provide customer support Travel to customer sites as needed Required Qualifications 3+ years of hands‑on NetApp storage experience Strong knowledge of ONTAP, AFF, and FAS platforms Experience with SAN/NAS technologies, Fibre Channel, iSCSI, NFS, and SMB/CIFS Experience with VMware ESXi and vCenter Familiarity with Cisco MDS or Brocade Fibre Channel switches Excellent troubleshooting and customer communication skills Ability and willingness to travel Preferred Qualifications NetApp certifications (NCDA, NCIE, or NCSE) Experience with SnapMirror, MetroCluster, StorageGRID, or Cloud Volumes ONTAP Experience working in enterprise data center environments If you have a strong background in NetApp storage technologies and enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges, we'd love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr Halian | Managed Services, Recruitment Agency & Contract Staffing
