Pay: $15/hour base + UNCAPPED bi-weekly bonuses + UNCAPPED monthly commission

- High energy with a friendly, approachable personality
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset
- Comfortable working independently outdoors
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- $15/hour base pay + uncapped commissions & bonuses
