Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Medical Surgical – Albuquerque, NM 87102

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:30 PM - 7:00 AM). Flexible 36 or 48-hour weekly options available. Overtime available for hours worked beyond 48 in one week. Six weekend shifts required within a 6-week period. No call required.

• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and social services

• Floating to like units only as needed based on facility requirements

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (New Mexico or Compact license required prior to start)
• Minimum 1 year of recent Medical/Surgical nursing experience
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
• Crisis Prevention Intervention (CPI) certification preferred
• Experience with 1:6 patient ratios
• Proficiency in Epic charting system preferred
• Skills in blood product administration, central line management, wound care, IV therapy, insulin administration, and isolation precautions
• Must reside outside 50-mile local radius
