Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and mental well-being, ensuring each client receives the attention their unique circumstances warrant.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough evaluations, and continuously monitor and modify these plans in collaboration with clients to reflect their evolving needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions tailored for adolescents, adults, and couples addressing a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma.

• Lead couples therapy sessions focused on improving communication, resolving conflicts, and reinforcing the emotional bond between partners.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client interactions, including detailed progress notes, treatment plans, and case histories in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a seamless and integrated approach to client care, ensuring each client receives comprehensive support.

• Offer crisis intervention and emergency support as needed, ensuring clients in acute distress feel safe and supported.

• Stay updated with advancements in marriage and family therapy practices and participate in relevant training and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
