Key Responsibilities\n

Your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental and emotional health.

• Formulating personalized treatment plans based on assessments, client discussions, and therapeutic best practices.

• Providing individual therapy sessions to address a variety of mental health issues, ensuring tailored solutions for each client.

• Facilitating couples therapy sessions aimed at enhancing communication, resolving conflicts, and rebuilding relationships.

• Regularly monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment plans in response to their evolving needs.

• Maintaining accurate and current documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in adherence to legal and ethical standards.

• Engaging collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams and healthcare providers to ensure holistic care for clients.

• Providing crisis intervention as needed, offering immediate support to clients experiencing acute distress.

• Staying updated with the latest research, methodologies, and best practices in marriage and family therapy to continuously improve therapeutic approaches.

Qualifications\n

Candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• Possess a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Hold an active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist issued by the State Board.

Compensation and Benefits\n
