Training Coordinator
We are looking for a gospel-centered, innovative and detail-oriented Training Coordinator to join our team. This full time position will operate out of our headquarters in Hilliard, Ohio remotely and will focus on developing, revising and managing training and professional development for LifeWise team members and staff.
The Training Coordinator will help manage the LifeWise Learning Management System (LMS), collaborate with subject matter experts and the Training team to develop effective learning experiences, maintain accurate training records and identify opportunities to continually improve how training is delivered across the organization. This role combines strong technical and organizational skills with creativity and a passion for equipping others to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Help manage the LifeWise Learning Management System, reporting and CRM integration
- Partner with the training team to create and manage high-quality training and professional development
- Explore new tools and approaches to improve training and the learner experience
- Work with subject matter experts to turn organizational knowledge, policies and processes into effective training
- Maintain training records and help ensure team members meet training requirements.
- Review training data and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement
- Support live training and development opportunities
- Provide training support by answering questions, troubleshooting issues and resolving support requests
Qualifications and Experience
- A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience creating or managing online courses
- Ability to learn new technology and troubleshoot basic issues
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Creative approach to training and development
- Self-motivated and able to take initiative
- Strong writing, editing and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
