Owning portfolio performance for a set of manufactured housing communities, the full-time Asset Manager will manage budgeting, asset-level performance, and investor reporting while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own budgeting, reforecasting, and business plan execution for an assigned portfolio Monitor asset-level performance, including rental rates, occupancy, and expense management Prepare and present investor reporting and performance reviews for institutional partners Required qualifications 3-7 years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, or investment analysis within real estate Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build and audit models Strong command of real estate finance fundamentals, including NOI drivers and budget-to-actual analysis Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, accounting, economics, or a related field Experience working with institutional capital partners is a strong plus
