The Right Opportunity For Your Level:

Experienced Diesel Technicians: $30$45/hour. If you bring substantial diesel truck experience and proven diagnostic skills, we'll compensate you accordingly. You'll work with autonomy at a high technical level in a shop that respects your expertise and doesn't micromanage. We need skilled diesel techs who can handle complex diagnostics and lead by example.

Automotive Technicians Transitioning to Diesel: $30-$35, with clear advancement. You have solid mechanical fundamentals and you're ready to specialize in diesel. We'll invest in your transition with hands-on training, mentorship from our experienced team, and ASE certification reimbursement. Your pay grows as your diesel skills developthis is a genuine career path, not a dead-end entry role.
