Location: Norcross, GA 30003 Type: Contract (12 Months, Possible Extension/Conversion) Schedule: Work Hours: 32 hours a week (Monday-Thursday)

Primary Function of Position:

• The Sales Operations Programs Coordinator (Contingent) will support the coordination, facilitation, logistics and fulfilment of various internal assets supporting Commercial activities, specifically for system and product demo programs.
• The role requires the ability to efficiently organize, problem solve and process requests while working effectively and in close cooperation with diverse internal/external stakeholders to ensure appropriate internal assets are supporting sales/marketing events.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Interact with Commercial organization on various program timelines and deliverables- surveys, tracking details, scheduling and coordinating movements of assets that are managed by the department
• Balances competing priorities of sales, marketing, and third party vendors, serving as a communication liaison and resolving scheduling conflicts
• Responsible in the shipping/receiving and intake processing of internal assets supporting Commercial initiatives on behalf of Sales Operations Programs team
• Troubleshoot and test equipment to ensure functionality prior to supporting Commercial events
• Organize and manage warehouse and program inventory (systems, instrumentation, accessories)
• Operate and maintain material handling equipment (i.e. label machine, pallet jack)
• Assist with Sales Operations Programs annual maintenance/system upgrades

• Effective time management, detail-oriented
• Organized and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional Customer Service
• Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Excel
• Fluent in English
• Must be able to lift 80lbs
• Minimal travel may be required
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant work experience
• Prior logistics experience a plus
• Driver's license required
• Bachelor's degree
