Analyst Pharmacy Diversion

Overview The Pharmacy Diversion Analyst is responsible for leveraging data analytics to support oversight of a comprehensive program designed to prevent, detect, and respond to drug diversion within the organization. This role collaborates with pharmacy, nursing, compliance, risk management, allied health staff, and security teams to ensure controlled substances are handled in accordance with regulatory requirements and organizational policies. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (required) Doctoral Degree in Pharmacy (preferred) FL Pharmacy License in good standing with CMS (required) Certified Diversion Investigator (CDI) or similar credential (preferred) 3 to 5 years of controlled substance regulatory compliance and investigation experience (required) Experience with software applications (word processing, spreadsheets and databases) (preferred) Strong analytical abilities, problem‑solving skills, and excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written (preferred) Experience with controlled substance monitoring systems (e.g., ADCs, EMR reporting tools) (preferred) Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to controlled substances (DEA, state laws, Joint Commission standards) (preferred) Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills (preferred) Excellent communication and documentation skills (preferred) Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion (preferred) #J-18808-Ljbffr UF Health
