Role: Accounts Payable Specialist

Location:  Austin, TX Onsite 

Pay Rate: $65K/year

Job Type:  Full-Time

We are looking for an accounts payable specialist on a permanent hire basis.

Job Summary:  

Key Responsibilities:

• Process high-volume AP invoices accurately and on time
• Manage vendor communications and resolve invoice discrepancies
• Perform weekly check runs and electronic payments
• Assist with month-end close related to AP
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3–5 years of dedicated, hands-on Accounts Payable experience
• Strong proficiency in NetSuite ERP
• Intermediate Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, basic formulas)

Preferred / Nice-to-Have:

• Experience using Bill.com
• Background in manufacturing or retail environments
