Accounts Payable Specialist

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a growing organization to identify an Accounts Payable Specialist. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented accounting professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining accurate financial records while providing excellent internal and external customer service.
Key Responsibilities

• Process and reconcile accounts payable invoices accurately and timely.
  
• Review invoices to ensure proper approvals and compliance with company policies.
  
• Enter invoice data and audit entries completed by others for accuracy.
  
• Respond to inquiries from vendors and internal team members regarding payment status and invoice processing.
  
• Process and distribute incoming mail for the Accounts Payable department.
  
• Support internal and external audit requests as needed.
  
• Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
  
• Assist with special projects and additional duties as assigned.
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of Accounts Payable or related accounting experience.
  
• Experience with invoice processing, payment reconciliation, and vendor communications.
  
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.

Pay Details: $27.00 to $29.00 per hour
