B2B Marketing Event Coordinator

This position involves coordinating B2B marketing events and supporting industrial marketing programs. The contractor will manage event logistics, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and execute promotional activities across multiple channels. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective stakeholder communication to ensure seamless event delivery from planning through post-event follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the planning and execution of in-person events, webinars, virtual panels, and customer engagement activities.
• Manage event timelines, registration processes, and run of show activities to ensure timely delivery.
• Support speaker preparation, content readiness, and vendor logistics to optimize event quality.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, partner, web, social, and communications teams to ensure alignment and clear communication.
• Promote events through email campaigns, social media, web updates, and partner communications.
• Maintain trackers for event timelines, action items, promotion status, stakeholder decisions, and post-event follow-up.
• Support lead-generation and nurturing activities, including post-event reporting and follow-up coordination.
• Assist in stakeholder updates and internal communications to ensure consistent event messaging.
• Monitor and support event logistics, vendor management, and platform coordination.
• Contribute to enhancing event execution discipline and promotion effectiveness to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience coordinating B2B events, including in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats.
• Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, sales, web, and communications teams.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Ability to support event promotion across email, social media, web, and partner channels.
• Familiarity with event promotion workflows, including calendars, email briefs, and web updates.
• Experience working with enterprise technology, industrial, IoT, networking, SaaS, or B2B marketing programs is preferred.
• Comfortable maintaining trackers for timelines, action items, and stakeholder follow-up.
• Availability to work approximately 40 hours per week during the contract period.

Publishing Pay Range: $25.80 – $28.80 Hourly

This is a fully remote role and can be performed from an approved location.
