Location: Laverne, TN

Pay Rate: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Position Type: Temporary | Starting in August to cover for a medical leave

Length: Approx. 12 weeks with potential to extend

We're looking for an HR Generalist who's as strategic as they are people-focused. This role blends big-picture planning with real connection, helping teams grow, perform, and stay.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Employee relations and HR support - including investigations and documentation
• Payroll processing and cross-training opportunities
• Benefits/open enrollment support
• Responsiveness and strong communication with employees and operations teams
• Managing HR inbox/questions with timely follow-up
• Assisting with onboarding, background checks, and general HR processes

What You Need to be Successful:

• Strong communication skills
• Problem-solving ability
• Professionalism and confidentiality
• Ability to work well with managers and operations leadership
• Someone who can maintain boundaries, stay positive, and avoid workplace drama
• Organized, dependable, and team-oriented personality
• Bilingual ability and experience with payroll & benefit systems are helpful (but not required)
• Experience with payroll/benefits systems is a plus
