JobResponsibilities: Operateasphaltrollerpreciselytoachievehigh-qualitypavingperDOT,local,andcommercialspecs. Monitorasphalttemperaturesandvibrationusageforproperbreakdownandfinishrollingofasphalt. Workalongsidecrewmembersandassistinallcapacitiesofapplications. Upholdjobsitesafety,cleanliness,andprofessionalismatalltimes. Reportissues,materialneeds,andprogresstosupervisors. Performotherassignedduties. SkillsNeeded: Minimum2-3yearsofasphaltpavingexperience. AbilitytooperateWacker,CAT,orsimilarasphaltrollers. OperatingaPaverorSkidSteerisasignificantplus. ValidDriver'sLicense. Availabilitytoworkweekends.
