Home Health Intake Coordinator - Growth & Community Impact

MultiCare Health System is seeking an Intake Coordinator to expertly receive and coordinate Home Health referrals from physicians, hospitals, and other sources. Working with LPNs and RNs, you will verify eligibility, handle pre-registrations, authorizations, and ABN communications to referring providers, ensuring accurate patient decisions and timely processes.
