Job Title SCADA Operations Support Analyst Duration 1 Year(s) Location Juno Beach, Florida, United States, 33408-2657 Responsibilities Join the SCADA and MV90 support team and provide operational support on critical systems. Analyze system requirements, perform troubleshooting, and implement improvements for SCADA systems. Support applications and servers, including upgrades and conversions to new operating systems. Maintain the core SCADA system and plant telemetry to ensure minimal downtime. Configure plant telemetry for new assets, providing visibility and monitoring for internal and external customers. Respond to phone calls about issues and communicate status to leadership. Participate in on‑call rotations (24/7 for one week at a time, occurring once every 3–4 weeks). Coordinate with onshore, offshore resources, and third‑party vendors during critical incidents. Document procedures and create appropriate documentation for new functionality. Perform disaster recovery testing, staged releases, and recommend architectural improvements. Analyze historical alarm logs and cross‑train team members on new application environments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field (desired). 3–5 years of combined experience in: Server architectures and operating systems (Windows, Linux, Unix). Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical problems in a fast‑paced environment. Project life cycles (Waterfall and Agile). Server operating systems and virtual environments. SAN and database technologies (EMC, Oracle, MS SQL) performance and communications. Network and file protocols ( SFTP, XML, HTML, Modbus, REST, SSH). Networking concepts (firewalls, routers, switches). Microsoft Office Suite / Sharepoint. Strong analytical, communication, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work independently and in a team. Skills 1+ year of technical operations/support experience with configuration, systems, or networking. Experience in configuration, troubleshooting, or monitoring systems in a help desk/desktop support capacity. Strong analysis and root‑cause analysis abilities. Strong communication skills and motivation to learn new things. Telemetry, engineering, Linux support, troubleshooting, configuration.
