• Salary: $525,000 - $600,000 (based on experience)

What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive maternal-fetal care across inpatient and outpatient settings for high-risk pregnancies
• Utilize advanced prenatal diagnostics such as ultrasound, genetic testing, fetal echocardiography, and CVS
• Perform full-scope MFM procedures and reproductive health services
• Manage a diverse patient population in a hospital supporting over 7,500 deliveries annually
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including OB hospitalists, neonatologists, pediatric specialists, ARNPs, and outreach clinics in Everett and Issaquah
• Support postpartum care independently and alongside advanced practice providers
• Participate in clinical research initiatives and academic training for OB/GYN residents
• Contribute to quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

What You Need

• Active or eligible Washington State medical license
• Board certification or eligibility in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Prior experience in maternal-fetal medicine preferred but not mandatory
• Strong diagnostic, procedural, and collaborative skills
