Senior Immunology Sales Specialist, Dermatology (Phoenix East) - Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine

Johnson & Johnson seeks a Senior Immunology Sales Specialist for the Phoenix East dermatology territory. The role involves presenting immunology products to healthcare professionals, executing sales strategies, and building customer relationships to drive business results.
Responsibilities
- Attain sales objectives for immunology products within assigned dermatology territory
- Present clinical and business information to healthcare professionals, institutions, and decision-makers
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to influence product adoption and treatment decisions
- Execute local marketing strategies and coordinate with internal teams
- Manage complex reimbursement issues and navigate healthcare systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- Valid driver's license with ability to travel as needed
- Minimum five years direct selling experience to healthcare professionals or large account management
- Residence in or willingness to relocate to Phoenix East territory
- Experience selling injectable or infused pharmaceutical products preferred
- Working knowledge of immunology and/or dermatology field preferred
- Demonstrated commitment to learning emerging technologies like AI
