About the role:

This is a phone-based sales recruiting role (not HR) and is 100% in-office in Roseville, CA. This position will start Friday, September 18th.

As a Clinical Recruiter , you'll play a key role in connecting top clinicians with meaningful opportunities across the country. You'll build strong relationships, understand each clinician's goals, and guide them through every step of their FlexCare journey-from first conversation to assignment completion.

This role is ideal for someone who loves fast-paced work, thrives on relationship-building, and is motivated by both personal and team success. A bachelor's degree or at least one year of sales experience is required.

Essential Functions:

• Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified clinicians through various recruiting tools.
• Act as the single point of contact for their own team of clinicians from the initial contact through the duration of their employment with FlexCare.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clinicians.
• Identify and assess clinicians' strengths, needs, wants and match with current opportunities.
• Educate clinicians on compensation package options and articulate the benefits.
• Outline wage rates, other terms, and conditions of employment and gain commitment from clinicians for current and future job requirements.
• Complete all aspects of the pre-employment processes including resume building, reference checks, background/drug tests, pre-employment testing.
• Responsible for all compliance requirements, including tracking and updating various certifications, medical documents, and employment-related documents.
• Manage contract employees while on assignment.
• Work with Account Managers to identify top facility accounts, target clinical skill sets, and to assess facility staffing requirements.
• Maintain a desk with minimal support from your Team Lead.
• Be available as needed before/after typical office hours.

Required Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to work collaboratively with all departments as well as function independently.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Strong ability to multi-task as department or workload dictates.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, web-based databases and be internet savvy.
• Have a desire to learn and advance in a fast-paced sales environment and be capable of regularly using good judgment and discretion to accomplish goals and work requirements.

Required Education & Experience:

• Minimum Qualifications (Required)
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, sales, or another revenue-generating role.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with modern business software and technology.

• Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.

Pay Transparency Information:

At FlexCare Medical Staffing, we believe that pay transparency is essential for building trust and supporting a culture of fairness and accountability. To reinforce this commitment, we provide a clear range for each role's potential compensation, which includes both base salary and variable incentives.

Starting pay for this position starts at $22.00/hour with a guaranteed 10 hours of overtime per week . This role offers an estimated annual compensation range of $45,760 to $150,000+ , including base pay, commissions and quarterly bonus incentives.
