Director OF Strategic Partnerships

The McDonnel Group seeks a dynamic Chief Growth Officer to lead Business Development and Marketing, aligning strategy to drive growth, expand market presence, and strengthen client relationships across the Gulf South region.

Executive-level experience in engineering or construction, or a large complex organization, is required, with strong strategic relationships in the Greater New Orleans area. This role reports to the top leadership and shapes long-term growth initiatives.
