What You’ll Do

As a NOC Technician I, you’ll help keep our customers connected by monitoring, supporting, and maintaining cellular network devices and services.

• Monitor and maintain cellular network devices and data services
  

• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide customer support
  

• Provision and configure cellular devices
  

• Support technical projects and initiatives
  

• Perform lab testing and systems maintenance
  

• Participate in training and continuous improvement efforts
  

• Collaborate with teammates to deliver exceptional service
