Every week, thousands of people live, work, and drive right past Lake Hills Church without knowing the kind of hope, community, and life change happening in our church. That bothers us. We believe more people in our community need what the Gospel offers, and more people already connected to Lake Hills who are ready to take a deeper step in their faith.

The Senior Director of Marketing owns two connected mandates: expanding how far Lake Hills Church’s name and story reach across our community, and deepening how informed, connected, and invested our current church family feels every week.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

• More new people are discovering Lake Hills Church and walking through our doors, with measurable growth in first-time visitors.
• Lake Hills Church has a stronger and more effective presence across digital, social, community, and word-of-mouth channels.
• Our sermons, stories, ministries, and content are reaching several times more people and providing meaningful value beyond Sunday morning.
• Our church family is increasingly moving from attendance toward connection, spiritual growth, serving, and meaningful next steps.
• Marketing campaigns consistently connect the right message with the right audience and produce measurable engagement and action.

WHAT YOU’LL OWN

• Marketing strategy and campaigns that expand awareness and reach new people.
• Messaging and engagement strategies that move our church family toward deeper connection and next steps.
• Creative direction across brand, design, video, photography, content, and storytelling.
• The strategy behind digital, social, email, print, and all audience-facing channels.
• Community relationships that extend the reach of ministries and initiatives.
• Marketing measurement and continuous improvement, with particular attention to first-time visitors, reach, engagement, and action.
• The systems, partners, and resources that move ideas from strategy to execution.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

A growth-minded marketing leader who is constantly asking how to reach more people. They are personally passionate about seeing people come to faith in Jesus. Proactive, creative, organized, collaborative, and AI-forward, they move comfortably from big-picture strategy into hands-on execution. They bring initiative and a bias toward action, always looking for what could be better, what could be bigger, and who we’re not reaching yet.

• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, branding, creative direction, or a related field.
• Proven track record of developing marketing strategies and campaigns that increase awareness, engagement, and action.
• Working knowledge of digital marketing, social media, email, website/CMS platforms, project-management tools, and creative software.
• Experience leading teams, contractors, vendors, or agencies.
• Church, ministry, nonprofit, or multi-department experience is a plus.
