Sports & Entertainment Real Estate Agent - Leads, Training & Mentorship Available
You don’t need to already know athletes or entertainers to build a career in Sports & Entertainment real estate. You need to learn how to enter the market.
That’s what this opportunity is designed to help you do.
Sports & Entertainment real estate requires a different approach. Relationships matter. Professional presence matters. Discretion, communication, and understanding the expectations of high-profile clients matter.
You’ll learn how to position yourself within this specialized market and begin developing relationships across luxury, sports, and entertainment communities.
Specialized training and mentorship will help you develop the skills and market knowledge needed to work toward opportunities involving luxury and high-value real estate.
You’ll learn how to:
Identify and connect with high-profile prospects
Develop your professional network
Strengthen your presence within the market
Build credibility and relationships over time
Understand luxury and high-value real estate transactions
Provide the professionalism and discretion expected in this space
You are not expected to arrive with an existing network of athletes or entertainers.
We’re looking for someone who is ambitious, polished, relationship-focused, detail-oriented, and committed to providing a high level of service.
Applicants should be licensed or actively working toward obtaining their real estate license.
First-year earning potential when goals are met: $200,000+
High commission split. Part-time and full-time opportunities available. Training and mentorship provided.

Responsibilities:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients in the sports and entertainment sectors.
- Identify and connect with potential clients through strategic networking and outreach efforts.
- Provide expert guidance on luxury and high-value real estate transactions, ensuring client satisfaction and trust.
- Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies to effectively promote properties to a discerning clientele.
- Collaborate with industry professionals to enhance your market presence and expand your professional network.
- Demonstrate discretion and professionalism in all client interactions, maintaining confidentiality and trust.
- Stay informed on market trends and developments to offer clients the most current and relevant advice and insights.
Active Real Estate License (or in the process of obtaining one).
Ability to connect with high-net-worth individuals and build lasting relationships.
Proven track record of guiding clients through complex transactions with ease and professionalism.
Strong communication skills to effectively convey market insights and property details.
Ability to work independently and remotely, managing your schedule to meet client needs.
Experience in networking within sports, entertainment, or luxury communities is a plus.
Proficiency in using lead generation tools and techniques to expand a client base consistently.
