The position represents the facility by providing information, directing inquiries, channeling concerns and overall management of all incoming communication. The aim is to meet the needs of every person or call coming into the facility/liliMastery of the Facility Phone System including answering phone system and direct calls to the proper supervisor or department, take messages, and screen employ calls./liliGreet visitors, sales people, families and prospective residents and families. Direct them to the lobby or appropriate supervisor./liliAssists the facility Business Office Coordinator to perform administrative tasks (Filing, receiving payments, directing new applicants/hires)/liliMastery of the Screening System for all Team Members, Vendors and Visitors/liliOther office duties as assigned./li/ulpQUALIFICATIONS:/pulliOutgoing person with excellent skills./liliDesire to learn and help others/liliMust have a high school diploma or associated degree./liliMust have general computer skills./li/ulpShawneespring is an EOE/M/F/D/V and Smoke-Free Workplace/p/div
