Associate Client Solutions Manager

Summary The Associate Client Solutions Manager – Show Organizer Event Logistics is responsible for providing clients with a well-rounded planning and service experience. You will be in a lead &/or supporting role in the planning and execution of events, providing support, consultation, and high-level logistics coordination. You will execute the event plan in alignment with the client’s budget. This position will support our Show Organizer group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be located in Las Vegas, NV. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Lead and manage events up to $500,000 per event, with potential to grow Work with Show Organizer clients to produce their events once the business has been sold Manage client requirements, expectations, scope changes per event Liaison between client and our Creative, Strategy, Sponsorships, Graphic Production, Operations, and other Freeman departments Primarily produce business sold into a local market Travel to show location to manage event from move-in through move-out Responsible for accurate and timely invoicing to be sent to client Maintain knowledge of all products and service offerings and upsell to existing clients beyond current contract Quote prices and manage budgets Partner with Business Development and Client Relationship teams to renew client business Translate client requirements by working within internal systems to disseminate information to appropriate departments in a timely manner to ensure successful onsite execution May be primary producing lead or may be part of a team on the execution of events Responsible for maintaining and growing partnerships with facilities/venues Entertain clients as necessary Education & Experience Required 6+ months of related sales, account management, or project management experience Excellent customer service and organizational skills Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously Working knowledge of all Microsoft software applications Preferred Bachelor’s degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required Travel Requirements Travel up to 25% What We Offer Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance Tuition Reimbursement Paid Parental Leave Life, Accident and Disability Retirement with Company Match Paid Time Off Diversity Commitment At The Freeman Company, our commitment to diversity and inclusion is helping us to create not only a great place to work, but also an environment where our employees, our customers and our communities around the world can reach their goals and connect with each other.
