Responsibilities Evaluates and treats patients in a home setting Communicates with families, physicians, and other health‑care professionals Maintains daily, thorough documentation of services in the EMR Qualifications Graduate of an accredited college or university with a Doctoral/Masters/Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy Education and/or experience: new graduate applicants welcome + experienced therapists Actively licensed as a FL Physical Therapist Able to visit hospice patients PRN Therapist Role Overview PRN therapists are part of an on‑call pool and work on a per‑diem basis. They accept or decline cases based on availability, providing flexibility for those with other commitments.
