Role Description The E‑Commerce Accounts Manager is a full‑time role based in Conshohocken, PA. This role is responsible for managing day‑to‑day operations of key e‑commerce accounts, both B2B and B2C. The E‑Commerce Accounts Manager will monitor sales performance, analyze account data, and prepare regular reports to support strategic decisions. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on product launches and promotions, resolving account issues, and ensuring strong relationships with e‑commerce partners. The role also involves supporting marketing campaigns and identifying opportunities to grow online sales and improve customer experience. Qualifications Experience managing e‑commerce accounts or online marketplaces Strong skills in data analysis, reporting, and using spreadsheets or analytics tools to track performance and identify trends. Knowledge of digital merchandising, online promotions, and basic e‑commerce best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across sales, marketing, and operations teams. Strong organizational and time‑management abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in fast‑paced environments. Proficiency with e‑commerce platforms, order management systems, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Prior experience in beauty, fashion, or consumer products is preferred but not required.
