Key Responsibilities

As a Physical Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations of patients referred by physicians to establish their functional capabilities and limitations.
• Designing, implementing, and modifying personalized treatment programs to meet the unique needs of each patient, utilizing various modalities and techniques.
• Providing hands-on therapeutic care to patients, either at the rehabilitation center or in their homes, following their physician's prescribed treatment plan.
• Educating patients and their caregivers on proper techniques and exercises to enhance recovery and prevent future injuries.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes through shared insights and collective expertise.
• Maintaining detailed patient documentation and progress notes in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
• Meeting productivity goals and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the rehabilitation team.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-approved program.
• Current state licensure in Physical Therapy.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with computer systems and word processing.
• Ability to build and maintain strong, therapeutic relationships with patients.
• A genuine desire to make positive connections in the rehabilitation community.

Preferred Experience

Ideal candidates will also have:

• A Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Two years of hands-on experience in a clinical setting, preferably within outpatient rehabilitation.
• Current CPR certification.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
