Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our outpatient office, which is equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and technology. As part of a collaborative team of healthcare professionals, you will connect with other specialists and support staff who share your commitment to patient-centered care. The work schedule is structured for your convenience; hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing you with a balanced work-life setup.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to ascertain their physical conditions and functional abilities.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans informed by evaluation findings, ensuring they align with patient goals.
• Utilize hands-on techniques, therapeutic exercises, and various modalities to alleviate pain, enhance movement, and restore functionality.
• Provide patient education on body mechanics, posture, and preventative measures to mitigate future injuries.
• Continuously monitor patient progress and modify treatment strategies as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care across the continuum of services.
• Maintain meticulous records of patient treatments and progress to comply with best practices and regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on a diverse patient population, ranging from athletes recovering from sports-related injuries to individuals managing chronic back pain and other musculoskeletal issues. Our interdisciplinary teams ensure that each patient receives targeted care tailored to their specific conditions, supporting their road to recovery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Physical Therapist.
• Board certification from the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
• A minimum of five years of clinical experience in physical therapy with a focus on diverse conditions.
• Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.
• Strong analytical and clinical skills for effective patient assessment and rehabilitation.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with patients and collaborating with team members.

Preferred Experience

While a minimum of five years of clinical experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have specialized training in sports medicine or spinal care, as well as those familiar with contemporary rehabilitation tools and practices. Experience in collaborative care environments and a commitment to ongoing professional development will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
