Position Details * Role: Leasing Consultant * Location: Greensboro, NC 27401 * Pay: $17-$18/hr * Schedule: * Monday-Friday: 9 AM-6 PM * Some Saturdays required (with a weekday off when scheduled) * Start Date: ASAP * Opportunity Type: Contract or Contract‑to‑Hire Responsibilities * Greet prospects and provide engaging, professional property tours * Manage the full leasing process from inquiry to move‑in * Process applications, renewals, notices, and resident documentation * Maintain organized resident files and accurate records * Assist with marketing efforts, follow‑ups, and lead management * Deliver excellent customer service to residents and prospects * Support the onsite team with daily office operations Requirements * Previous leasing or strong customer service experience preferred * Excellent communication and sales skills * Professional, polished presentation and demeanor * Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment * Experience with property management software is a plus How to Apply If you're a motivated leasing professional who enjoys helping residents find their next home, BG Staffing would love to connect with you.
