MBA Consulting Services, Inc. (MBA CSi) is hiring a Lease Administrator to support the Leasing organization of the United States Postal Service. Work will be done on the customer site in Greensboro, NC. Responsible for supporting a team of commercial lease negotiators and administrators that are negotiating and renewing a large volume of commercial leases. Uses knowledge of coordination within a commercial leasing organization to include reviewing legal contracts and documents for validation and completeness. May also help assist individual lease administrators coordinate and complete paperwork..

Essential Functions :

• Prepares commercial leases/subleases and other related documents.
• Maintains and updates the lease activities in a database.
• Maintains relationship with the landlords and occupants.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. Leads and directs the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.

Education & Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in area of specialty
• Commercial leasing or real estate experience
• 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related area

Additional Requirements:

• Proficiency using MS Office Suite, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours when needed
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check & drug test
• Candidates must meet eligibility requirements as candidates will be processed for a Public Trust clearance
