Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations of patients and meticulously review medical histories to inform diagnosis and treatment.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests, including laboratory tests and imaging studies, to identify health conditions.
• Diagnose and manage a variety of acute illnesses and health concerns, ranging from minor ailments to urgent medical situations.
• Develop personalized treatment plans for chronic conditions, ensuring comprehensive follow-up and monitoring of patient outcomes.
• Prescribe medications and assess their efficacy, making adjustments as necessary for optimal patient health.
• Maintain detailed and organized patient records, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and quality standards.
• Educate patients and their families about medical conditions, preventative measures, and healthy lifestyle practices.
• Engage in community outreach and health promotion activities to raise awareness of urgent care services and wellness initiatives.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree from an accredited medical school.
• Active and valid Physician Assistant license in the state of New York.

• Current DEA number is required for the position.
• Master's degree in Physician Assistant studies preferred.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

Grow Life Medical Centre offers a competitive base salary ranging from $170,000 to $530,000 per year, complemented by an annual quality incentive with a target of $50,000.
