Altus Fire & Life Safety, d/b/a Croker Fire Drill Corporation located in Hauppauge, NY, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join our team! The Project Coordinator is primarily responsible for maintaining accurate documents and data entry. We value our well-being just as much as our hard work. Responsibilities- Request and collect necessary documentation and information from clients and floor plan vendors
- Review, annotate, and track progress on assigned floor plan and riser diagram projects
- Maintain and organize floor plan files in both physical and digital formats
- Prepare building footprints based on received floor plans
- Update and maintain building folders and project status in the corporate database
- Draft and produce professional business correspondence as needed
- Ensure all assigned work is completed accurately and within established timelines
- Answer office phones professionally and respond promptly to inquiries and requests for assistance
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2+ years of experience with administrative, project coordinator, or equivalent experience.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Solid written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of accuracy in all tasks and recordkeeping.
