Equivalent of education and experience may be considered.5+ years of professional experience formally leading infrastructure (and application preferably) projects within a cross-functional environmentStrong experience working within the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Waterfall and Iterative modelsAbility to tactfully drive indirect reports and pivot while maintaining order in a fast-paced business environmentExperience providing a service to internal stakeholders to achieve successful outcomesDemonstrated capability for problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertivenessExcellent oral and written communication skills as well as strong presentation skills and the ability to conduct presentations to large groupsStrong relationship building and interpersonal skillsExperienced user of MS Project and MS Office toolset (Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint)Valid driver’s licensePreferred:Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Agile certificationExperience working in Software Development and Test OrganizationsExperience in Energy & Utilities or services industryExperience with PPM tools (e.g. PPM360, JIRA, Planview, ServiceNow, Project Server Online, etc.)
