The Role

Run 2–3 preset appointments a day with homeowners across the Chicagoland area. No door-knocking or cold-calling. You show up, inspect, present, and close. Our top reps sell over $3 million a year.

What You'll Do

• Run in-home roofing and window consultations

• Perform roof, attic, and window inspections

• Recommend the right solution and present pricing and financing options

• Negotiate and close contracts

• Manage follow-up and your own pipeline

• 100% uncapped commission, with a draw available

Who We're Looking For

• Proven in-home sales experience (roofing, windows, siding, solar, or home improvement preferred)

• Strong closer, confident presenting to homeowners

• Self-motivated, competitive, and great with people

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
