Salary Range: $100,000 - $147,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize costs and efficiency.
- Manage supplier relationships, including contract negotiation and performance evaluation.
- Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with production, sales, and logistics teams to align supply chain activities.
- Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the supply chain processes.
- Mitigate supply chain risks, including disruptions and quality issues.
- Lead and mentor a team of supply chain professionals.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain management within a manufacturing environment
- Proven track record of optimizing inventory levels and reducing costs
- Strong understanding of ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and supply chain software
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience in continuous improvement methodologies
Bonus Qualifications
- Experience with Six Sigma or Lean manufacturing methodologies
- APICS CSCP or CPIM certification
- Proficiency in a second language, particularly Spanish or Mandarin
- Experience with AI-powered forecasting or supply chain analytics tools
- Demonstrated success in sustainability initiatives within a supply chain context
