The Opportunity

We are collaborating with manufacturing firms in Montague that are seeking skilled Office Managers. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain office facilities, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.
• Manage administrative staff, including hiring, training, and performance management.
• Develop and implement office policies and procedures to improve efficiency and workflow.
• Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, logistics, and material preparation.
• Manage office budgets, including tracking expenses, processing invoices, and reconciling accounts.
• Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services, negotiating with vendors for best pricing.
• Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with inventory management or procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and office budgeting.
