We are a new restaurant venture located along the Schuylkill Banks, just steps from Fitler Square and Rittenhouse Square, and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Pizza Chef to help us build our pizza program from the ground up.

Our goal is simple: exceptional pizza with a beautifully crisp crust, great structure, and deep, naturally fermented flavor. We’re looking for someone who understands that great pizza starts with great dough and has the experience and attention to detail to execute it consistently.

Our menu will focus on delicious, high-quality pizza and sandwiches, complemented by a full bar with a strong focus on craft beer and an elevated cocktail program. We’re creating a lively, approachable destination where great food, drinks, and hospitality come together.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of professional pizza-making experience
• Strong knowledge of pizza dough production, fermentation, hydration, and handling
• Experience working with wood-fired and/or gas-fired pizza ovens
• Renato oven experience strongly preferred
• A strong understanding of heat management, bake times, and achieving a crisp, well-developed crust
• Ability to produce consistent, high-quality pizza in a busy service environment
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Passion for quality ingredients and scratch preparation
• Ability to help develop and refine recipes, dough processes, and the overall pizza program
• A hands-on leader who takes pride in their craft and enjoys being part of a new opening

The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to help create something from the beginning. The Pizza Chef will play an important role in developing our dough program, establishing standards and procedures, training the team, and creating a pizza program that will become a defining part of the restaurant.

We’re building a concept where pizza, sandwiches, craft beer, elevated cocktails, and hospitality all work together. We’re looking for someone who is excited by the opportunity to help shape the food side of that experience and create a pizza program that guests will come back for.

Experience with a Renato wood/gas-fired oven is a major plus.
