Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify the needs and strengths of children and families.

• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSP), working collaboratively with families to establish goals and strategies.

• Monitor progress and outcomes in conjunction with team members, adjusting the focus of services based on individual family needs and child development milestones.
\n
• Provide essential support and resources to families to promote child development, fostering effective treatments based on evidence-informed practices.
\n
• Establish trusting relationships with clients by employing strategies tailored to their unique circumstances and learning styles.
\n
• Utilize a coaching model to support education and growth in natural learning environments, ensuring connections between therapy and day-to-day life.

• Adhere to designated standards for health, safety, and ethical practice, contributing to a supportive and compliant service environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on very young children, including infants and toddlers who experience developmental delays or disabilities. By utilizing a comprehensive approach to early intervention, you will help these children acquire essential skills in areas such as physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication abilities. Your engagement with families will include informally coaching parents and caregivers on techniques that can be integrated into their daily routines, thus reinforcing their child's developmental progress.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with young children in early intervention settings is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
